Hello world!

I am coming to help real estate investors who are having a difficult time in this crazy market.  My name is CL Jones.  I’m an investor in CT.  I invest all around the country from the comfort of my home office.  I am an active real estate investor who does deals in this market.  I also mentor investors and help them become successful in this market.  My niche is private money. 

 I guess that I’m the new guy on the block!  I come to shake up the industry by introducing NO B.S. Real estate investing.  That’s right.  No fluff and no fat!  I only give my members the lean meat.  I am in the process of completing a cutting edge website and ebook that is going to tell it like it is in this business.  I believe folks are tired of taking bootcamps that cost $5,000.00.  Guess what folks?  I have been there and done that. 

Don’t get me wrong, I believe that you have to invest in yourself.  But not at $5,000 a pop.  So instead of complaining about it, I’m going to make a difference.  I have made a great living as a full time investor.  I was able to walk away from my job at Cablevision in Stratford, CT. 

I say this to let you know that I am doing deals in this crazy market.  

 So please do me a favor and let your friends and family know that there is a new sheriff in town.  I need your help to kill the $5,000 bootcamps.  

I am in the process of getting my training material up and running. So please bare with me.  I will use my experience as a quick start investor, and President of the Fairfield County REIA in Stratford, Ct to help knock out those in this industry who are taking advantage of the average working person.

That is about all for now.  I will be light and salt in this business.  I am going to make a effort to update this blog at least twice a week.  I will include videos of successful real estate deals, and I will expose the myths and truths about succeeding in this business.
