I thank the Lord for waking me up this morning. I received a great download in my soul this morning. Todays blog is very simple. If you want to start creating wealth for your family, then you should do what wealthy people do. I guess a better question is do you know what wealthy people do?
This is where I step in and guide you. All wealthy people invest (not speculate) in real estate. Do you know a wealthy person that doesn’t own real estate? I bet they all have land that has been passed down from generation to generation. That is the key! It is so simple yet it is so powerful. The secret is in the land!
The secret is in the Land
What most people don’t understand is this, the Lord is NOT making anymore land. It has already been made. If you understand that supply and demand is what causes prices to rise and fall, it should start to become clear to you that if you control the land, you also control the wealth.
Think about it. Every builder would have to come knocking on your door if they want to build a new shopping mall, Walmart, target, or if someone is looking to build a new home. They all go to the land owner.
Is this starting to make sense to you?
My company invests all over the country, but we focus on Florida land. Why? Because baby boomers want to retire somewhere warm! (hint) So take a word of advice from someone who has walked away from his job (me) and has raised the bar in real estate investing. I will tell you about the win-win-win situations that land allows you to be involved in tomorrow.
