It’s been a short while since I’ve posted, simply because I have been doing deals in Florida!  I can not stress enough that there is a fire sale going on in Florida.  Land is 30-50% below the prices of 2006.  Every investor should be teaming up with the CL Jones real estate Network to acquire as much land as possible before the market comes back around.
