We have reached the end of another year! A year in which the Lord has shown us his true power and mercy. I have never prayed as much as I have prayed in the year 2008.
I repeatedly ask for God’s infinite wisdom in every area of my life. I just want to thank God for all that he has done for me, and all that he will continue to do in the New Year.
I look forward to taking a Quantum Leap in my spiritual walk, as well as growing in my personal and professional life.
I’m please to announce that great things are in store for you in 2009! I can see God’s blessings so clearly in my life on a daily basis. I truly believe that he works in everyone’s life on a daily basis. We are all blessed to be a blessings in other people’s lives.
Are You to busy to hear God?
But I also believe that most people are to busy to hear God as he uses other people to send us his blessings.
My goal is to be used by Christ in what ever way he chooses to use me. My daily prayer is “Lord, how can I serve you today? Tell me what to do and I’ll do it, tell me what to say and I’ll say it, tell me where to go, and I’ll go there”.
It was revealed to me on many occassions, from different people on different sides of the world, that I have a finance ministry inside of me.

My gift is showing other people how to become financially free through real estate. The funny thing is that real estate is the tool that gets your attention. My testimony will rock your world.
You will have to know that it is only God who could take a misfit like myself, and put the intellectual properties inside of me that I currently possess.

I am proud to tell you that one of my students has recently closed 2 transactions over the past holiday weekend and will soon pocket over $16 Grand! All she did was follow my simple system of buying land for pennies on the dollar. She now has the courage and confidence to know that real estate investing is real. I apologize for taking time away from this blog for awhile. I have been busy preparing new real estate classes, mentoring students, and seeking the lord’s infinite wisdom. I thank him for the opportunity to be a blessing to everyone who visits my site.
I guess you can tell by now that I like to try to stay in alignment with the lord. I realize that he is the key to all of my success. He is also the key to your ultimate success as well. I have tried to play this game called life for so long on my own. Things just go so much smoother for me when I stay focused on him.
Now I would like to talk about how private money can change your life as a real estate investor. First of all private money allows you to close your deals very quickly. In this business, cashh is king. The person with the most cash usually always wins in real estate. With that being said, I have decided to put together a 5 day blog series that shows you all of the advantages of using private money versus using banks.
These techniques have transformed my business. So if you are not familiar with self directed IRA’s , you should bring your pen and pad to get the gems that I will drop over the next five days. I will conclude the series with a webinar on November 17th. You should be able to raise a substantial amount of money after this series.
