Self directed IRA’s are the New Banks for Investors

Good Morning Investors,

How many of you have accomplished your goals and dreams in 2008?  I hope that everyone can say that you put your all into achieving success in the outg0ing year.  I know that new real estate investors and real estate investors  are facing some challenges in this chaotic market.

Buyers are afraid to buy and banks don’t want to loan.  It puts you in a horrible position as an investor.   Well, as the old saying goes………”when in Rome, do what the Romans do”.

My train of thought is this, If the banks don’t want to loan you money, but you want to buy, then you have to find an alternative that will allow you to buy like you want to buy.

So what’s the answer?

The answer is a self directed IRA.   SD Ira’s allow you to play big in the private money world.  In the private money world, you don’t have to have your credit checked, and you don’t have to wait 45 days for a closing.

I can close any deal today in 1 day if I have to, but I usually tell my seller that I need 7 days to close the transaction.  I do this because I want to have enough time to perform my due dilligence.

Where do you get the private money?

For beginners, you can get the private money from the people around you.  That’s right!  The money has alway been right in front of your eyes.  You just couldn’t see it.  Ninety (90%) percent of the money is sitting inside of the everyday person’s IRA.  The sad part is that 99.9% of people have no idea that they can loan their own money out and receive double digit returns, instead of the pathetic 1 percent return that their IRA or bank gives them.

They only catch is that you can’t invest in real estate at your current institution.  You have to transfer you money to one of the half dozen or so passive custodian companies around the country.

My company of choice is Equity Trust Company.  They are the leaders in the industry.  You can look them  up online at http://www.trustetc.com

My personal consultant is Jeff Walker.  His phone # is 1-877-693-8209 ext 169.  Just let him know that CL Jones told you to call him and he will take extra good care of you.  He is a wealth of knowledge.

Once you have set up your account with ETC, you will know be able to loan your money out, just like the banks and command a double digit return on  your investment.

The beauty of this is that you will have a mortgage on a piece of property that an investor like myself picked up for 60-70 cents on the dollar.  You will receive a mortgage, promissory note, title and hazzard insurance.

This is the same position the bank gets.  Its the most secure position to be in if you’re loaning your money out.

Private Investors

It would be very beneficial to find a private investor who is educated in self directed IRA’s  so that he can work with you and help you get set up with Equity Trust Company or another passive custodian.  It’s time to plant your flag in the ground and claim what is yours.

Good Day Investors,

As you may know, I have been putting in tons of work to make the CL Jones Real Estate Network a success for almost 3 years. I have been grinding to pave my way to success. Some of you only see how I close my blogs with “keep God 1st, Invest in people”.

That is something very near and dear to my heart. I live that phrase. Even though I may fall, I still come back to repent before God everyday. I believe that my daily surrendering is the secret to my success. The Lord knows all of our hearts.

Trust me, Jesus Christ is a living God. He is real.

My daily prayer every morning is “Lord (Jehovah), I come to you in Jesus’ name and I thank you for your blessings. What can I do for you today Lord. Tell me what to do, and I’ll do it. Tell me where to go, and I’ll go there. Tell me what to say, and I’ll say it.

So I believe that He wanted me to share this with everyone tonight. I’m only a vessel that listens to my master. This is the cause and only reason for my success. I hope that this touches someone tonight. He does hear your prayers. Success is right around the corner for you.

Real estate is a vehicle to help you obtain financial freedom so that you can focus on Christ. It’s true, if you put Him first, all other things will be given to you. So I want to leave this video clip that the Lord put on my heart. Learn to be an excellent receiver as well as a giver.

Fairfield County Real Estate Investors Association Launches on October 15, 2008 at Liedles Caterers!er

Good Morning Investors,

Please don’t forget the Grand Opening of the Fairfield County Real Estate Investors Association. The REIA meeting will be held at Liedles Caterers on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. This is the ultimate investors meet up.

Anyone who is anyone wants to be at our REIA meeting. Our guest speaker, Attorney Gary Seymour, will be discussing how to legally stop a foreclosure. Real estate agents and mortgage brokers should want to be in the front row for this one.

We will have a cash bar on site so you can unwind and relax after a long days work. We look forward to hosting your meetings in the future.

If you know anyone who may be available, please let them know that they no longer have to drive to Cromwell, CT to go to a REIA. I know that has been a problem for many people who live in lower and middle Fairfield County.

More Tips on How to Beat the Stock Market!

Good Morning Investors,

Today is a gloomy rainy day in Stratford, CT.  There isn’t  too much going.  But if you know me, you know that I’m always searching and praying for wisdom.  I’ve been up since 3am thinking of ways to help you create wealth for your  family.  I believe that nothing beats the self directed IRA.  I also believe 100% in Equity Trust Company as a true vehicle to build tax free wealth.  Aren’t you tired of getting headaches worrying about the stock market?

More about Maria!

Maria is one of many of my students who have taken their money out of the stock market and decided that they are going to self direct their investments.  Many people still don’t realize that they don’t have to ride the roller coaster of the stock market any longer.  Although over time, since 1920, the  stock market has given investors an average annual 11 percent return, real estate has done much better.

 But how many people have the stomach to ride the roller coaster ride that the market will take you on?  My students always get double digit returns either tax deferred or tax free with Equity Trust Company.  Our network will never feel the chaos of the stock market

Safe Returns

 We believe in safe returns that are backed by below value real estate.  Our private lenders receive a mortgage, promissory note, hazzard insurance, and title insurance on property that has no more than a 70% loan to value on each piece of propety that we buy.  These rates even make bankers jealous

Who Needs the Stock Market When You Have Private Money?

Good Morning Investors,

I apologize for the time away.  I had some pressing issues that had to be resolved.  The good thing is that I’m back with you.  I don’t want my bloggers to think that I have quit on my blog.  It isn’t dead.  I have been speaking to people all over the country, and it seems like the general concern is the stock market.  I am going to say the same thing now that I tell them.  “I’m not affected by the Stock Market”.  I invest in below market real estate.  I pick it up for 30-50 cents on the dollar and I sell it for market value.  That is the beauty of private money. 

Fast Closings

 I can go in to any deal with cash and close in 3 days.  I use money from my lenders, who are regular people just like you.  I give them 8-10% return on their money, which is secured by a mortgage, promissory note, title insurance, and hazzard.  Folks, I believe that I have the best thing going since sliced bread! 

Can you please tell me where the down side in this situation is? My  company buys a piece of  property with your funds for 30 cents on the dollar, I give you a mortgage and all the securities that you would give the bank, and the kicker is this, If I default, then you have property that is worth 100,000 that I used my expertise to pick up for $30,000-$50,000 dollars. 

 How easy would it be for you to walk into any local REIA (real estate investors association) and sell the land to any investor who is worth his grain of salt for $60,000 to $70,000 dollars.  

Please remember that there isn’t a mortgage on the property.  I purchased it free and clear.   Do you see how this blows the stock market away?  Stop riding the roller coaster called the stock market.   On top of everything else, your profits are either tax free or tax deferred through a self directed IRA.

Investors Stop Losing Your Money Today!

Good Morning Investors,

What the heck are people going to do now?  Hopefully you aren’t like most people who just accept whatever hand is dealt to them.  Please understand that there are people like myself who are not affected by the stock market crashes.  I have been screaming to people for years that real estate investing, if done correctly,  consistently outperforms the stock market time and time again.  Is anyone going to listen to me?

I just found out about the crash today!  As many of you know, I am completing an e-book that is going to go on sale on October 1, 2008 at 10am. Do yourself a favor and purchase it on clickbank.com.  My book”Private Money Goldmine“, shows you how and where to invest your money and get safe returns of 18% minimum.  The way I see it is like this, “To get what you never had, you have to do what you have never done”.

When this quote is dissected, you will see that it is really deep.  If you keep doing what you have always done, like investing in the stock market, you can’t help but get what comes from the most volatile market in the world.  We are going through a depression. You must find alternative ways to  invest your money.

The Stock Market Is Not It! This is the very reason that I formed the CL Jones Real Estate Network.  My members are exposed to the most creative, and safe investments out there.  I won’t allow my members to get sucked in to the stock market fiasco.  I pray that as you read my blog that you let all of your friends and family know about me.

I believe that elderly people need this information. They have worked their whole lives and are now watching their accounts go south for the winter.  The baby boomers can’t afford to lose one penny of their hard earned money.  One of my partners, Ginger Blomberg, who is 58 years old, will be addressing the issue of baby boomers feeling left out in the cold.  There are investments out there that are safe and will give you double digit returns if you just seek them out.

I would like to welcome the world to my newest blog here on wordpress, cljonesdm. This site will show the new investor how to properly get started in real estate investing.  You will get a chance to see the world of real estate investing through my eyes.

This site is totally different from my private money goldmine.  PMG’s sole purpose is to show you where the money is located.    This blog isn’t going to repeat PGM.  It will take the new investor and slowly mold them to have the confidence to go out and become successful in real estate. 

I will include pictures of deals, closings, and video footage of interviews with sellers and more.  If you are interested in taking what you learn from Private Money Goldmine and putting it into action, this is the place to do it. 

 I am always looking for investors who want to get involved in this market and make some big money with me.   So feel free to leave comments.
